If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the Lamp Bar™ portion, or any other part of thewhiteattic.com.
Trademark:
Both The White Attic™ name and the Lamp Bar™ name are property of The White Attic, Inc. & may not be reproduced in anyway.
Colors & Finishes:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product.
We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Additionally, different Lamp shades in the same pattern may not be exactly the same due to the repeat of the pattern.
Lamp bases come in 2 finishes, glossy & matte. Most colors are available in gloss or matte, but not both.
Your final glaze finish will be denoted in the “Details” portion of your final Lamp choice, under “Base Color”.
Lamp Bar™ Payment & Shipping Policy
Your lamp is made just for you.
Because each lamp is made to order, your credit card will be charged immediately (through a secure server) upon placing your order.
Please allow approximately 10 weeks to receive your lamp. Depending on demand & holiday schedules, it may (arrive) a little sooner, or a little later.
Please contact us should you reach 12 weeks and have not received your lamp.

We ship all lamps via Fedex** anywhere in the USA. Shipping is free. We do not ship internationally.
**Currently, we are unable to issue tracking numbers once your purchase is shipped.
Cancellations/Returns:
We want you to love your lamp. Take your time in making your selection. The Lamp Bar™ isn’t going anywhere.
With that said, your lamp isn’t sitting on a shelf somewhere.
It is actually poured into a mold, fired in a kiln, cleaned and sanded, glazed, fired in the kiln again, and checked for imperfections.
Once completed, your lamp is wired and assembled by hand.
Lastly, your fabric choice is cut and shade made.
Because each lamp is made to order, there are no cancellations or returns once your order has been placed.
Please choose carefully.
Damages:
Unfortunately, accidents in shipping can happen.
In the slight case your item(s) are damaged in shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your lamp.

We want you to be happy & we will work diligently to ensure this.
Please keep the original packaging should your item(s) need to be shipped back.
We may ask for photographs of damages to assess the best next steps in taking care of you.
Defects:
Please note that each lamp is made by hand using a mold. It is actually poured into a mold, fired in a kiln,
cleaned and sanded, glazed, fired in a kiln again, and checked for any glaze imperfections.
If there are any, the process must be started over. Once completed, your lamp is wired and assembled by hand.
Lastly, your fabric choice is cut and shade made.
Our manufacturer works carefully to inspect each lamp prior to shipping.
In the unfortunate chance your lamp has slipped through and shipped with a defect,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your lamp so that we may take care of you.
